Welcome and Congratulations in finding your forever love!!!!!!!

I am so happy and honored to even be considered as your photographer for your once in a lifetime special day!

Here at Mooxie Soul, we are a team of two! I am Helen, owner and photographer of Mooxie Soul Creative, your second photographer is my husband, John McEvoy, owner and photographer at Spiking Crown Studios.

Together we capture all of your special moments, every single detail and everything in between. We make sure to capture your love from all angles possible. We are dedicated to photograph your story, for you, your families and all of the people that matter most in your lives.

Getting ready!

Coverage from beginning to end … capturing all of your moments and everything in between!

We arrive in the morning as early as you would like us to. We capture both of you preparing for your day.

I will join the Bride, photographing the bride getting ready. This usually entails, hair, makeup, dress, family time, etc…

John ( your second photographer ) will be photographing the Groom preparing for the day.

Together we ensure every moment is captured, including all of the details such as, rings, bouquet, shoes, having fun with those that are helping you .

Having two photographers allows us to capture the day through the bride and grooms perspective individually. Providing more of a variety of images from different views and angles.

Bride and Groom Portraits

After your ceremony, we’ll find an intimate location on the property or surrounding area to take your Bride and Groom portraits. At this time you may invite your wedding party. You may decide you would like this moment to be an intimate time for you two only, to celebrate “I do!” and thats ok! If you decide to make this moment a time for you both, your wedding party will join you afterwards when you arrive to your reception. At your reception we will find a place to capture the both of you with the ones that matter most, your family and friends.

Portraits with family and friends

As we arrive to the Reception, you both will take some time to greet your guests. When you feel the time is right, we will start your portraits with your family and friends.

I will take portraits of your wedding party (if they did not join you right after ceremony), your families and your friends (whoever you would like portraits with) at an area next to your reception. We’ll find a nice place close by so your guests do not have to walk far.

At any time during the rest of the night you can certainly pull me aside to take additional portraits. Just call me over “Helen, take this picture!!” and just like that, I will!!!

Reception

During your reception, I will capture all of the moments in between eating (I don’t take any images of anyone actually eating, I mean unless someone wants me to, lol) I will in-fact document moments like, your guests filling up their plates, mingling, dancing, talking and some images of the food bar. Both John and I will then take a break and eat, after … we are back to shooting the party and everything before the end of the night!

Speeches, cake, dances (bride and groom, father/daughter dance, etc ..) everything you have planned and all things unplanned, we will shoot until 8pm, please let us know if you would like to upgrade your package and we can certainly stay photographing past 8pm.

This is a summary of how the day may go, we can change anything to however you see fit. Sometimes … we just go with the flow. This is just to give you an idea of how we work, but certainly your way is our way!

We understand that this day is beyond special, it is a day that will be written in the universe for eternity.

We work together to capture this sacred time, honoring you both alongside your family and friends..

FAQ'S

Q. How long do we shoot?

We shoot until 8pm / for an additional fee, we can shoot past 8pm


Q. How long will it take to get my images back?

My turnaround time is 6 to 8 weeks, although I usually try to have them back to you sooner! It really just depends on the season and my workload!

Q. How do I get my images?

You will receive an online gallery with all the edited images that you can share with family and friends. You are free to print your images or post to social media.

Q. Do I have to pay the full amount up front?

No, I require 50% of the total cost and contract to book your date! The remaining balance is due a week prior to your wedding date.

Q. Is an engagement session included?

Yes! Engagement sessions are included in this wedding package, upon your down payment and contract, we will then book your engagement session and start planning!

Q. What happens once we book our wedding?

Once you book your wedding with me, we meet up (or phone call, whichever is convenient for you) to go over your timeline and details. You don’t have to know everything right away, anything can change and that is ok. As long as we know about when to arrive, we will be there!

Q. Is a Boudoir session included?

For a discounted rate, you can certainly add a boudoir session.

NOTE

  • You will receive a combination of Color and Black and White images

  • USB drive for easy printing. (this is alongside the online gallery with free downloads)

  • Your gallery is active for one year

    Investment for a destination wedding

    This package includes everything, coverage from beginning to end, full coverage of your day and two photographers

    $4,000 + tax (travel time, lodging, travel fee is included)

  • Half of the amount is required to book your Wedding Date (non refundable)

  • Upon booking, I will send you an official email with your invoice and payment fulfillment options attached

  • The remaining amount of the second half will be due 1 week prior to your wedding date

    IMPORTANT

  • We can certainly tailor your package to any budget. There are tons of options available!

  • We can shorten the shooting time, for example, 11am until 5pm

  • You can request 1 photographer to photograph your special day (I (Mooxie) would be your only photographer)

  • You have the option to take away certain things, for example: I can photograph the ceremony and reception with bride/groom portraits. Getting ready, ceremony with bride/groom portraits and bride/groom portraits with family and friends.

  • I can certainly photograph whatever you feel is important, photographing your special day in any budget <3

  • I want to capture your day, I want to be the one to preserve the importance of such a beautiful life changing moment in your life.

*** All collections come with an online gallery with all the high resolution edited images from your day for free download and a print release. Feel free to download images and print wherever you want, or order through my galleries! ***

I edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within my artistic standards. I select the best of the best Images, edit and release at my discretion. You are not allowed to re-edit any image in any way. I do not have an option for proofing, reviewing and selecting. I choose which images are the best and which are released into your collection. You can definitely trust that the images I choose are the absolute best.
